JLL is a global real estate agent specialising in newly developed properties. To counter the widely held view that new builds are unhomely, we created a campaign that showed the human side of living in one of these dwellings.
The campaign line "New properties for New Chapters" became the central tagline, with iterative versions to accomade targeted and seasonal messaging.
The tone of voice is emotionally-led, playful and intelligent. Creating a series of advertising that feels at home in the global, corporate space without sacrificing its humanity.
